MEGA Group is constantly looking to better serve by adapting it’s offer to the ever-evolving realities of the retailer’s market. Their latest initiative was to sound our members on different services we offer using the NPS method. Expert Accounting being part of the MEGA’s Financial Services, the members got the chance to share if they would recommend us or not.
The net promoter score (NPS) is a market research metric that is based on a single survey question asking respondents to rate the likelihood that they would recommend a company, product, or a service to a friend or colleague.
Based on respondents’ answers, the results are classified into three categories detractors, passives and promoters, and the NPS is calculated as follows:
